Nivio ties up with AMD

Nivio, a start-up provider of virtualisation solutions enabling users to access their personal Windows desktops from any PC with a broadband connection has recently tied up with global processing solutions provider AMD.The partnership will support Nivio’s vision of virtual desktop access for a worldwide audience and AMD’s drive to extend Internet access to emerging markets. AMD will invest in the Nivio’s research and development programme.
